Kadokawa Musashino Museum is an eye catching granite building that is a unique fusion of museum, art gallery, culture and library. The building itself was designed to convey the image of a rock floating on water - an incredible 20,000 pieces of granite, weighing 50 to 70 kilos each, were used in the impressive creation. The interior is home to numerous libraries - each with intricate designs and huge book collections. (Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan)
