Position yourself low on the sand and shoot along the length of a jetty toward the open sea, using a wide angle lens to emphasize the perspective and include the sky above. Early morning is ideal here, before the beach fills with summer crowds, when the light is soft and golden and the wet sand near the waterline creates clean reflections. Sunrise facing east over the Adriatic gives you warm tones directly in front of you. The beach is flat and easy to walk, so you can move between jetties to find the best spacing and symmetry.
