Raisting Satellite Earth Station
The Raisting Satellite Earth Station is is the largest satellite communications facility in Germany. This hilltop grouping of satellites is quite photogenic with a unique contrast between technology and nature. There are guided tours on summer weekends and trails to walk the grounds reading about the different communications satellites (although the info boards are written in german). As a bonus there is an adorable chapel just down the road to shoot once you are finished with the satellites. (Raisting, Germany)
