Shark Tooth Beach
If you're looking for solitude, or a souvenir, plan a visit to Shark Tooth Beach. Renowned for its plentiful shark teeth and other marine fossils, the beach provides a unique backdrop for photographers. The contrast of dark, fossil-rich sands against the lighter ocean waves creates a striking visual effect, ideal for dynamic landscape shots. There’s no vehicle access to the area. Heading south, the entrance to Shark Tooth Beach is just past the Summer Waves entrance. Look for a metal gate on the right side of the road. Follow the trail roughly 20 minutes to arrive at this amazing shooting gem. (Jekyll Island, Georgia, USA)
