Strand Dishoek
Strand Dishoek is a peaceful stretch of soft sandy beach backed by grassy sand dunes and dotted with beachside cabanas. The beach is lined with rows of wooden breakwaters (groynes) to protect the sand from the harsh winter storms. As a bonus large sea-going ships pass quite close to the coast, creating unique shooting opportunities. (Koudekerke, Netherlands)
