Thames Path
This amazing spot along the Thames Path sits between the Blackfriars Bridge and railway bridge creating a unique shooting location. The two bridges frame the scene on either side, giving you natural leading lines and a sense of depth as you look out over the river. From here, you can capture the contrast between the solid road bridge and the repeating structure of the rail bridge, with the Thames flowing through the middle. It is a great place to experiment with composition, especially using the bridges to guide the eye or to frame passing boats and reflections. The location works well at any time of day, but evening is especially good when lights from the bridges and trains start to reflect on the water.
