Temple Church is a historic church built in 1185 by the Knights Templar as their English headquarters. Its circular nave is something you do not come across often, and it changes the way you approach compositions compared to a typical church layout. Inside, there are medieval stone effigies from the 13th and 14th centuries, along with worn stone, arches, and soft light that all work really well on camera. It is a good spot to take your time, whether you are focusing on small details or using the symmetry of the space for wider shots. The church was heavily damaged during World War II and later restored, but it still has a strong sense of age and character. There is also a quiet courtyard just outside that gives you a bit more room to shoot and reset before moving on. (London, England, United Kingdom)
