About Upper Kentucky Falls
Upper Kentucky Falls is a rugged set of falls surrounded by thick forest and a lush green moss. The water levels are especially photogenic in the fall and after a rain. After shooting the upper falls you can continue on the trail for another 1.4 miles where the trail ends at an observation deck overlooking Lower Kentucky Falls. The trailhead sits along a gravel logging road (NF-919) that can be a rough drive. (Mapleton, Oregon, USA)
