This stretch of the Stanley Park Seawall gives you an unobstructed view across Burrard Inlet toward the Vancouver skyline, with the downtown towers reflecting on calm water and the North Shore mountains rising behind them. The combination of city, water, and mountain in a single frame is what makes this spot stand out. A wide to mid-range lens works well here; try shooting low along the seawall to include the water's surface as a foreground element, or use the path and railing as a leading line pulling toward the skyline. The blue hour after sunset is the sweet spot, when the city lights begin to glow and the sky still holds enough color to balance the exposure. The seawall is paved and easy to walk, and you can move along it to fine-tune your framing and find clear sight lines between trees. (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada)
