Lost Lagoon Path View
Lost Lagoon is a peaceful freshwater lake sitting at the entrance of Stanley Park, ringed by a flat walking path that gives you easy access to shoreline views, overhanging trees, and reflections across calm water. The western end of the lagoon is where you want to position yourself for sunset, as the light drops behind the North Shore mountains and paints the water in warm orange and pink tones. Early morning is equally rewarding when mist often sits on the surface and the path is quiet. A mid-range zoom works well here, letting you compress the tree line against the water or pull back for wider landscape frames. The fountain at the center of the lagoon makes a strong focal point, and the willow trees along the northern bank add natural framing. The path is paved, flat, and fully accessible year-round.
