Rising along Vienna's Donaucity waterfront, DC Tower 1 is Austria's tallest skyscraper at 220 meters, designed by Dominique Perrault with a striking angled facade that creates a sharp, blade-like silhouette against the sky. The building's most distinctive feature is its asymmetrical profile, where one side cuts diagonally, giving you strong geometric lines to work with. Position yourself across the Neue Donau canal for a wide establishing shot that captures the full height and reflection in the water below. A wide-angle lens works well up close to exaggerate the tower's vertical drama, while a short telephoto lets you isolate the angled edge against the sky from farther back.
