Sämtisersee
Sämtisersee is a beautiful alpine lake tucked away in a lush green meadow sitting underneath the towering Hoher Kasten. The lake is only accessible by hiking (roughly 1.5 hours from the nearest parking area) but the steep walk is definitely worth it for these breathtaking views. (Rüte, Switzerland)
