CHIJMES is a restored heritage complex in central Singapore, known for its bright white façades, pointed arches, and open courtyards. Formerly a convent and school, the site now blends historic architecture with modern city life, making it a popular place to photograph clean lines, repeating patterns, and light filled spaces. The main chapel building is especially photogenic, with its tall windows and symmetrical design working well for wide angle shots. CHIJMES is easy to access on foot from City Hall and is best photographed in the morning or early evening when the light is softer and crowds are lighter. (Singapore)
