Cromer Promenade runs along the top of the sea wall above the beach, offering elevated views across the North Sea and down toward the town's Victorian pier. The intricate stonework of the walkway itself makes for strong foreground interest, and the ornate railings work well as leading lines drawing the eye toward the pier or out to sea. Shoot from the overlooks during high tide and rough weather when waves crash dramatically against the sea wall, sometimes sending spray right up onto the walkway.
