Humber Bay Park West sits along the Lake Ontario shoreline in Etobicoke, offering one of the cleanest and most unobstructed views of the Toronto skyline you will find anywhere in the city. The park's rocky waterfront edges give you strong foreground interest, and you can work the shoreline in both directions to vary how much water and sky you include in your frame. Sunrise is the standout time to be here, with warm light washing over the CN Tower and downtown towers reflected in calm water on still mornings. A wide angle lens works well for sweeping skyline shots, while a telephoto lets you compress the buildings into a tighter, more dramatic composition. Parking is available on site and the terrain is easy to navigate. Walk west along the water for a slightly different angle that adds the Humber Bay Arch Bridge as a foreground element.
