Stanley Park Seawall Path
The Stanley Park Seawall is a paved waterfront path that wraps around the entire perimeter of the park, giving you constantly changing compositions as the water, mountains, and city skyline shift around you. The western stretch along English Bay is great for sunset, where you can frame the North Shore mountains across the water with warm light. The northern side along Burrard Inlet offers dramatic mountain backdrops with freighters and vessels passing through. The eastern edge near Brockton Point gives you clean views of the Vancouver skyline, best shot in the blue hour just after sunset or at sunrise. A wide-angle lens handles the big scenic views well, while a short telephoto helps compress the mountains against the city. The path is paved and accessible year-round; cycling or walking the full loop lets you scout multiple locations in one visit. (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada)
